Every month there is a new version of our EasySecure Cloud platform and every month we add new features to your software environment. The software is also reviewed every month by our external quality control and security experts.

In this press release....

• A new look and feel for a successful start into the year 2023! As of today, our application presents itself in a new look and feel! Within a few weeks, the new style will also be set as standard in your environment.

• BioStation3 - BioStation 3 sets new standards in access control and time & attendance, offering a new access experience that increases security at all doors for businesses of all sizes. Now also available in our cloud platform.

• Integrations- A new AFAS integration is available to easily synchronise employee data with the EasySecure platform. The clockodo integration has also been further enhanced. It is now also possible to record working hours in a specific department.

• Easy Switches - Now switch different zones open and closed with the touch of a buttonor link wireless DOM door handles and cylinders to a schedule to automaticallyopen and close doors.

Look & Feel 2023

Managing access control, time and attendance and visitor management should not and cannot be a time-consuming task.

We believe in simple and intuitive software that allows you to determine who has access where and when, see who has been where, and have all the necessary reports and integrations at your fingertips at the touch of a button.

But the eye also demands something! With this release, we proudly present the new look of our cloud platform.

Step by step, we will automatically convert the environments to the new look. Are youstill stuck with the current layout? You can switch between old and new at the touch of a button.

BioStation 3

BioStation 3 sets a new standard in access control and time and attendance, providing a new access experience that enhances security at all doors for businesses of all sizes. Starting with this release, we support the brand new BioStation 3 in the EasySecure platform.

This terminal is smaller than the previous model, but has the widest variety of features.

The terminal offers several registration options. By default, it is possible to register with face, mobile phone, QR, card and code. An intercom system for visitors is also available.

With the BioStation 3, access control is made easy: open the door quickly and without contact. Take a selfie for facial recognition or send a mobile card via email.

 Our clockodo integration has been further extended. By default, we synchronise employee data and export time registration data. In addition to start, stop and break times, it is now also possible to record working hours in a specific department.

A new version of our AFAS integration is available. Automatically synchronise your employees with our cloud platform. New employees are automatically in our platform for access, time and attendance. Once an employee leaves the service, access is automatically blocked.
